How does an online consultation work?
Choose your service and complete payment, then select a date and time in the calendar. The doctor reviews your request and you receive confirmation of the appointment. During the video consultation, you discuss your medical situation with Dr. Petrache and receive recommendations within the limits of remote assessment.
What should I prepare for the consultation?
Make sure you have a stable internet connection, a working webcam and a quiet space. If you have recent test results or relevant medical documents, prepare digital copies to show during the consultation.
How long does an online consultation last?
The consultation duration is displayed on the service page and in the order summary before payment.
How do I pay, and is payment secure?
Payment is made by card through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s payment page. Once payment is confirmed, you can choose a date and time for services that include a consultation; the doctor then confirms the appointment.
Can I cancel or reschedule a consultation?
Yes, you can reschedule your consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations and refunds, see our payments and refunds policy in the Legal section.
Will I receive a prescription or recommendations after the consultation?
After the consultation, you receive a summary with Dr. Petrache’s recommendations. A prescription is issued only if the doctor considers it indicated and the applicable prescribing requirements are met. Purchasing a consultation does not guarantee a prescription or a particular medicine.
