Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about online medical consultations, appointments, payments and privacy.

How do I book a consultation?

Choose and pay for the service, then select a date and time in the calendar. The doctor reviews your request and confirms the appointment afterwards.

What should I prepare?

For a video consultation, you need a stable internet connection, a camera and a quiet space. Have relevant medical documents and a list of current treatments ready.

How long does the consultation last?

The duration is shown on the service page and in the order summary before payment.

How do I pay?

Pay by card on the Stripe payment page. Payment confirmation is not appointment confirmation; the doctor approves the request afterwards.

Will I receive a prescription?

A prescription depends on the medical assessment and applicable conditions. A consultation does not guarantee a medicine will be prescribed or dispensed at a particular pharmacy.

Are all services video consultations?

No. Scheduled consultations use video; other services have their own steps and deliverables, described on the service page.

Can an online consultation replace every in-person visit?

No. If a physical examination or tests are needed, the doctor will recommend an in-person assessment. Online services are not for emergencies.

How is my information used?

Information is used to provide the service. Read the privacy policy for purposes, rights and contact details.
