“Platform” means the website https://www.clinica-virtuala.ro and the services provided through it.

“User” or “Patient” means any person who accesses or uses the Platform.

“Services” means online medical consultations and other services provided through the Platform.

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform facilitates online medical consultations between patients and authorised doctors. Our services do not replace emergency medical care or in-person consultations when these are needed.

Diabetes and nutrition consultations take place online. Other services, such as test result interpretation, are delivered as described on the service page and do not automatically involve a video call. Check what the selected service includes before paying. Video consultations take place in Romanian or English only. Medical documents are prepared in Romanian if you are in Romania at the time of the consultation, and in English if you are in another country.

Treatment recommendations and any prescription depend on the doctor's assessment. Paying for a consultation does not guarantee a prescription for a particular medicine. Blog information does not replace a consultation and is not an individual treatment plan.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

All payments are made in advance through the payment processor Stripe. Prices are displayed in RON and include VAT where applicable.

For services requiring an appointment, choose a date and time in the calendar after payment is confirmed. The doctor reviews the request; the appointment is confirmed only after approval. Check your emails and the appointment status in your account.
